Erasing a drive is one thing; proving it is another. IRONCLAD records every item that passes through a Garner machine. You scan the serial number, the machine does its work, and IRONCLAD stores the result with a photo of the media: the measured field strength and a pass/fail result after degaussing, or the crush depth after destruction with the PD-5E.
From those records IRONCLAD generates certificates of erasure and destruction with images of each item, plus CSV and Excel files for your own administration or your customer’s audit. Exports go via USB or the network, or optionally to DVD.
IRONCLAD comes in two forms. The integrated version is built for a specific Garner machine and reads its results directly; see the order codes below. The universal version works stand-alone as a witness station next to an existing process. Two modes keep the work practical: a verification mode that guides new operators, and a processing mode for speed.
