What particle size does the FLASHPRO-E produce?

Particles of 4 × 15 mm. According to Garner this corresponds to security level E-3 of ISO/IEC 21964 (formerly DIN 66399) for electronic data carriers.

Can I shred hard drives?

The FLASHPRO-E is a solid-state shredder. For hard drives, use a degausser followed by the PD-5E destroyer, or dismantle them with a DiskMantler.
