How Bronneberg handles personal data you share through this website.
Who we are
Bronneberg BV, trading as Bronneberg Data Destruction Solutions, Branchweg 3, 5705 DR Helmond, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data via this website. Chamber of Commerce number 17136847.
What we process and why
When you fill in a form on this website, we process the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, country, and information about your media, volume and question. We use them only to handle your request: to answer your question, prepare a quotation or plan a demonstration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering your question.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and quotations for 36 months. After that, we delete them.
Who receives it
The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, which processes the form submissions on our behalf. Your request is then registered in our customer management system, monday.com, so that we can follow it up. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us via the contact page or call +31 (0)492 591900. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
